FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What sizes of dumpsters do you offer?
We offer a 15-yard dumpster. The 15-yard dumpster is great for small to moderate cleanouts or minor renovation projects.
What can I put in the dumpster?
You can dispose of most household, construction, and demolition debris in our dumpsters. We do have restrictions on what can be placed in our dumpsters due to limitations with the facilities that we work with to dispose of your debris. Placing restricted items or waste in our dumpsters can lead to rejected loads, fees and/or fines imposed by our facilities that will be passed along to you in addition to a $50 per prohibited item fee. It’s best to check with us if you are uncertain about an item you need to dispose of so we can agree on the best solution.
Commonly Prohibited Dumpster Items:
– Hazardous & Toxic Waste: Asbestos, chemicals, pesticides, poisons, cleaning agents, animal carcasses, infectious or medical waste.
– Liquids & Paints: Wet paint cans, paint thinners, solvents, and varnishes.
– Automotive and Hazardous Fluids: Motor oils, fuel, gasoline cans, vehicle batteries, lithium-ion batteries, antifreeze and tires. Tires are rarely accepted due to landfill restrictions. Contact us if you have tires for disposal.
– Flammable/Explosive Items: Propane tanks, pressure tanks, fireworks, and aerosol cans. No hot ash, barrels (burn or empty).
– Heavy Debris: Dirt, sludge, bricks or concrete. These require special dumpsters.
– No large appliances. If you need large appliances removed we offer additional services for those items. Do NOT place them in dumpsters.
– Electronics: No TVs, computers, or monitors.

How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rental periods are typically for 3 to 30 days. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, please let us know, and we can discuss extending your rental period for an additional fee.
How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
We offer a standard 15 yard dumpster suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The cost depends on the length of the rental period and additional services needed.
Do I need a permit to place a dumpster on my property?
If the dumpster is placed on private property like your driveway, you typically do not need a permit. However, if you plan to place the dumpster on public property, such as the street, you may need a permit from your local city or town. We recommend checking with your local regulations to determine if a permit is necessary.
